Beverly Suek is the director of TLS Enterprises, a private consulting company which has been in business for over 20 years. Ms. Suek is a Chartered Arbitrator. She has chaired or been a member of an arbitration team for approximately two hundred arbitrations, as a Commissioner with the Manitoba Civil Service Commission and as a Rent Arbitrator. She is therefore familiar with both labour relations issues and commercial disputes. She is also an Arbitrator for the Customs and Revenue Agency (formerly Revenue Canada)
She has been the lead investigator or a member of a team on approximately fifty workplace investigations in the last five years. They have included investigation of grievances, abuse of authority, personal harassment, and harassment based on race, family status and disability. She was also on the Standing Offer for mediations in the federal government and has conducted a number of workplace mediations. She has also worked extensively with First Nations Communities and aboriginal organizations. Ms. Suek is also a trainer, specializing in topics related to Respectful Workplace, Harassment, and other issues related to equity in the workplace.
Ms Suek is also the Chair of the Board of Manitoba Lotteries Corporation.
