Areas of Practise in Mediation - Manitoba Region

The listing below has the headings for the various types of disputes listed in alphabetic order. Under each heading is a listing of AMIM members who practice in that particular area of dispute. You can "click" on the particular heading relevant to your dispute to be taken straight to the listing of pratictioners under that heading, or scroll down through the entire directory. Those members whose names are highlighted are "clickable". Placing your cursor over their name and left clicking on your mouse or hitting the enter/return key on your keyboard will take you to the contact information and a brief biography of that individual.

If you feel that the dispute you are involved with doesn't fall into just one type, for example, if it is a commercial building-contruction-contract dispute, and you would like to compare the three areas of practice to find those who are practicing in all or most of the applicable areas, please use our compare screens. Simply "click" on the number of types of disputes you would like to compare (up to four) to have the screen divided (frames) into that number of sections, for easy comparison.

We recommend that you contact each person you feel might be able to help you, to determine their availability for assisting you, the extent of their knowledge and expertise relative to your dispute and their fee for services.

Any agreement with respect to fees for the mediation will be made between the mediator selected and the parties to the mediation.
