A Director's resolution/motion was passed at the National Directors' Board Meeting, April 8 + 9, 2000, which provides for the reduction of the annual charter dues paid, for those who hold both charter designations. This reduction means that the total annual charter dues for those who hold both designations, will be a total of $200.00 plus GST per annum, instead of $300.00 plus GST per annum.

If you are one of those who holds both designations and would like to ensure that you are paying only $200.00 plus GST annually for the two and not the $300.00 plus GST annually, please cite section 7.5 of the April 8 + 9, 2000 AMIC National Board of Directors Meeting

The annual Charter designation dues for those holding a single designation will continue to remain at the current rate of $150.00 plus GST annually.

C.) are granted by (and solely the trademarked property of) the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada Inc. which recently approved the new name of ADR Institute of Canada, Inc..
