Currently, Mr. De Leeuw is a Real Estate Associate Broker with Royal LePage Real Top Producers. From 1972 to 1997 he was a partner/owner in the firm of DELBRO Real Estate Ltd.

He is past Chair of the St. Amant Foundation and now serves them as an Ambassador.

Previous Work Experience

As a director of the Canadian Real Estate Association, Past President of the Winnipeg Real Estate Board and Past President of the Manitoba Real Estate Association, Mr. De Leeuw chaired a number of important committees. In particular, he chaired the Professional Standards, the Arbitration and the Appeal committees. He has acted as the Chairman and as a Board member of numerous arbitration hearings.

He is currently a member of the Professional Standards and Arbitration committees of both Associations. In addition, Mr. De Leeuw has completed one year of Conflict Resolution studies at the University of Winnipeg (Menno Simons College) and has received a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Mediation Services.
