A Chartered Arbitrator and he is a Past-President of the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Manitoba Inc. and National Director, Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada Inc. for Manitoba. Mr. McMullan has been an arbitrator since 1988 with the Better Business Bureau and since 1995 for the Canadian Automobile Manufacturers Vehicle Arbitration Plan CAMVAP (Manitoba). Acted as an mediator for various Government departments, Indian First Nations, trappers and fishermen. As a Grants/Land Use Administrator for Manitoba Hydro, Mr. McMullan conducts negotiations with Manitoba municipalities. Mr. McMullan has extensive experience in Property Appraisal - Residential, Commercial and Agricultural, Right-of-Way easements, Assessment legislation in these areas. His education, experience and training augment his ability to see through problems brought to him and quickly reach equitable solutions.
