Anne Bolton, conducts an arbitration and consulting practice based in Winnipeg MB.

Specialties include Indian Residential School survivor matters, wills and estate matters and consulting for provincial governments on policy issues and legal file audits.

Anne had a 30 year career with Manitoba Justice prior to assuming her current practice. Positions included Public Trustee of Manitoba (2000-2007), Crown Counsel, Legislation (1996-2000), Master and Registrar in Bankruptcy, Court of Queen's Bench (1989-1996), Legal Counsel for The Public Trustee of Manitoba (1980-1989), Policy Analyst to the Planning and Priorities Committee and Cabinet and Treasury Board, (term 1987); Acting Senior Attorney and Acting Director for the Western Judicial District of Manitoba Legal Aid Services Society of Manitoba (1976-77), Staff Attorney, Legal Aid Services Society of Manitoba, (1975-76).
